Microsoft needs to fix this video. The audio is so far out of sync that by 15 minutes in it is a full minute ahead of the video. As a result, there is a real disconnect between what Jon Harris is saying and what he is demonstrating. By the time the video catches up, he has moved on to a completely different subject.
